2. Data Processing When Using the Portal
When you access the portal, we process technical access data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser type, and operating system. If you voluntarily create an account, publish listings, or use contact forms, we additionally process the master data, communication data, and content you provide. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing the portal and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure and stable operation.
3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Information Banner
At present, the portal does not use marketing or tracking cookies. For technically required functions, we use local browser storage, for example to avoid showing the privacy information banner again on every page load. The banner is provided to inform you about cookieless analytics and spam protection.
4. Web Analytics with Matomo and Spam Protection with CleanTalk
This website uses Matomo for web analytics without cookies (cookieless tracking). IP addresses are anonymized before evaluation. We also use CleanTalk for contact and form submissions to block automated spam. In this context, IP addresses, browser data, and form entries may be transmitted to CleanTalk. The legal basis in each case is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. More information: https://cleantalk.org/privacy
